The Worship of Honesty

• Psalm 51:6 — “You desire truth in the inward parts.”

• Mark 9:24 — “Lord, I believe; help my unbelief.”

• Psalm 34:18 — “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted.”

There’s a kind of worship that doesn’t need a microphone.

It doesn’t need a Hammond B3.

It doesn’t need a choir or a praise team.

It’s the worship that happens when you finally tell God the truth.

Not the church truth.

Not the rehearsed truth.

Not the “I’m blessed and highly favored” truth.

I’m talking about the real truth.

The truth you don’t post.

The truth you don’t testify about.

The truth you don’t want anybody to see.

The truth that lives in the inward parts.

God says, “That’s what I want.”

Because God can’t heal what you pretend isn’t hurting.
